In a small whitewashed house, you find Koloni both café, restaurant and bakery. Here everything is made from first rate organic products. Enjoy good food, fresh baked goods or a glass of fairtrade wine in our island setting café. Or a berry pannacotta, passionfruit flavoured cheesecake in the pretty garden filled with piones and corn flowers. Open May 1 - September 28. Next to Koloni there is a gallery for contemporary Swedish artists. You can also visit Olle Nymans artist home-an exciting cultural experience a splendid 18th century setting.

The well-known Swedish artist Olle Nyman (1909-1999) was born here and lived and worked here for the best part of his life with his sister Kajsa. The house has now been converted into a museum and exhibits a unique artist´s home with beautiful interiors.
In the old studio, built in 1973, you can see graphic works, sculptures and paintings by Olle Nyman. In the new studio, built in 1987, there are annual exhibitions of work by artists with some connection to Olle Nyman and Saltsjö-Duvnäs.
Kajsa and Olle Nyman´s cultural foundation has the commission to preserve the art and buildings here as a living culturar centre, as stated in their joint will. These cultural activites, now a part of Nacka´s cultural scene, have made the farm a popular goal for excursions.

Getting to us:
Take Saltsjöbanan from Slussen. Get off at Saltsjö-Duvnäs and follow the signs for about 10 minutes along the coast of Duvnäs.
If you are travelling by car, take the Värmdöleden (route 222) and the exit signposted Saltsjö-Duvnäs.
